Patricia Neal, born January 20, 1926, is an academy award-winning American actress. She was born Patsy Louise Neal in Packard, Kentucky, and grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee. She studied drama at Northwestern University before appearing on Broadway and winning a Tony Award for Another Part of the Forest. She made her film debut in John Loves Mary in 1949. She appeared in The Fountainhead with co-star Gary Cooper. She starred in many films including The Breaking Point, The Day the Earth Stood Still, Operation Pacific, A Face in the Crowd. She co-starred in Breakfast at Tiffany's. Neal met British writer Ronald Dahl at a dinner party hosted by Lillian Hellman in 1951. They married in 1953 and had five children. Neal and Dahl divorced in 1983. In 1981, Glenda Jackson played her in a television movie, The Patricia Neal Story. In 1988, Neil published an autobiography, As I Am. Neil lives in New York City and has a summer home on Martha's Vineyard. Autograph on card along with 3" by 5" black and white photograph.
